OC Cyra

I kind of held this one back for a long time and now It's DONE! .... The colours seem really dull for some reason... looked better  in it's PSD form. oh well I'll see if it will look better as a jpeg. it's a character i drew on inktober but never published there was another character i did as well may do him later on
